First Minister To Visit Connah's Quay

CARL SARGEANT AM TO WELCOME FIRST MINISTER TO CONNAH’S QUAY

Carl Sargeant, AM for Alyn and Deeside, is to welcome First Minister Rhodri Morgan to Connah’s Quay tomorrow.
The First Minister is open the new Memorial Gardens at the Civic Hall on Wepre Drive at 11.00am on Thursday May 21.
The Gardens were rose from ashes of derelict wasteland behind the Civic Hall in just over a year.
Mr Sargeant said: “I am delighted to be welcoming the First Minister, Rhodri Morgan, to Connah’s Quay tomorrow to officially open the new Memorial Garden at the Civic Hall.”
After the Gardens have been opened Mr Morgan will attend a sod cutting ceremony at the Town Council offices.
